The first of the meditation ritual videos below pairs perfectly with your Quotes to Inspire. Simply find 15 minutes in the comfort of your own home to complete the meditation. Then select an affirmation card that resonates with you after the guided meditation, and set an intention for your day with the affirmation in mind. See below for more guidance.

1. Find 15 minutes to complete the meditation to ground your thoughts and find presence and clarity within yourself.
2. After the meditation, select an affirmation card inside your Quotes to Inspire each morning, either at random or pick a card that resonates with you.
3. In your grounded state, set an intention for your day with your selected affirmation in mind.
4. We hope that each day you flip a card, it inspires you to think differently, take action and in turn inspire those around you.
1. Trim wick to 5-7mm before lighting your candle.
2. Light your candle about 15 minutes before your self care ritual. Allow your space to fill with its powerful and beautiful scent. Set your intention.
