Bare & Wilde does not offer refunds on purchased products, however we understand that sometimes... things do not go as planned. 

So if your package arrives damaged or adversely affected we offer an immediate 7-day return policy, no questions asked. To submit a return, simply contact us at info@bareandwilde.com, with your name, contact details and reason for the return.  Once we receive your request we’ll then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once we receive your package we will immediately dispatch a replacement product straight to you, without further postage charge.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Only damaged or defective items may be returned for reissue of another item of the same.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you receive something different than what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to ship your preferred item to you of equal or lesser value.

Refunds

We offer product credits in the case of returns. Refunds are not available on any purchased products.

Retreats

We reserve the right to reschedule retreats due to reasons beyond our control. Refunds may be offered in this situation.
