Thank you Amy and all who made my first retreat such a glorious experience. The backdrop of Mandoon Estate was an absolute pleasure.
I met some lovely people and in a world gone a little crazy, it was wonderful to step away from the everyday to claim some time and space just for me.
I really admire the ethical way you do business and your collaboration with others of like-mind.
Your partnership on Sunday with Lifeline struck a chord with so many in that room.

I attended Bare + Wilde’s first Sample Your Wellness event back in September with a group of friends and it was honestly such a terrific night out. You could tell that it was a thoroughly planned event with a great choice of venue and an interesting line-up of really engaging speakers.
Not only did we learn how to incorporate wellness and self care routines into our busy lives, we also gained some invaluable insight and practical advice, including tips on how to be more financially savvy. It didn’t stop there—we were also treated to all sorts of delicious, wholesome food, including a charming tea booth and a kombucha bar (yes, kombucha cocktails are a thing!)
