Day 1 of our 5-day Sample Your Wellness Challenge. You asked, and we listened – now you can book into individual events to join our 5-day event series (aka. wellness event hopping) in honour of Women’s Health Week. Monday’s are for meditation, intention setting and connection… ✨ which is why we will be kicking off our Sample Your Wellness Challenge with exactly that.
Join us at Clear Mind Studio on Monday 2nd September for the first of our five events…
Starting with a grounding meditation, we will then move into intention setting for our week ahead, followed by a chance to get to know the other attendee’s while being spoilt with treats from littlemisschocolateria and tea’s from The Tea Booth🍫🍵
We can’t think of a better way to spend a Monday evening🌜✨ Plus tea and chocolate are just the best combo 😉
If you get in quickly, you could book a float for before or after our event… or sign up for the pilates class at 5:15pm and find your zen before our meditation even begins. 💫
