How does Bare & Wilde’s wellness subscription boxes work?
Each season, we ship you a themed curation of 6-8 full-size and/or deluxe-size organic, natural and cruelty-free beauty, health, fitness and/or lifestyle products. We largely work with small businesses who create such natural and clean products as we know when we support a small business, the owner does a happy dance. We do not include any one-off samples in our wellness boxes.
Our mission is to provide luxurious clean products to help you transform your health and wellness journey to one that is meaningful, healthy and safe.
Each seasonal subscription box is themed to complement the changes your body experiences as the seasons change.
Why 6-8 products each season?
We understand that products tend to add up quickly and small samples get lost in the shuffle. We have found that 6-8 full size and/or deluxe-size products each season is the perfect sweet spot that allows you to fully enjoy and experience each product we source.
Of the 6-8 products, 6 products will always be full size. You won’t find any drugstore brands or “filler products” in our boxes. Instead of relying on free samples, we work with the best of the best brands, in particular, passionate small businesses owners, to curate the wellness boxes we provide you.
Will I receive too many products?
We are very conscious of creating assortments that make sense for each season and we take into account the assortment that was shipped to you the previous season and the products that will be shipped to you next season. We rotate type of products and themes for each season so you’ll never receive similar products within a small time frame.
That being said if you find you have too much product you can always skip your delivery between billing cycles before the payment for your next box is processed (see below for when payment is withdrawn). You can place your account on hold for 1 season each year.

I am a Bare & Wilde subscriber, can I gift a friend my box during my subscription?
Yes absolutely! We highly encourage sharing the love around – simply email us at [email protected] at least two days before the scheduled shipping date and request to redirect your order to your friend. Please include in the email your friend’s name, shipping address and also any personalised note you would like us to include in the box.
Can i just buy one Bare & Wilde wellness box?
Yes you definitely can. We understand you might want to test the waters before committing to a subscription. You can order a once-off wellness box from here for $90 (includes shipping).
Can I switch my account to a subscription box account?
If you created a Bare & Wilde login account upon your first purchase, you may log into your account to change your subscription plan at any time. If you purchased a once-off wellness box and love it, you can change your account to a subscription box account here.
How much does it cost?
There are three different ways you can order our subscription boxes, each at different costs:

When will I be charged?
If you have subscribed to our wellness box subscription on a seasonal basis, your first payment will be withdrawn immediate for the current box and then 7 business days prior to the shipping date of your next boxes thereafter.
If you have subscribed to our wellness box subscription on an annual basis, your payment will be withdrawn every year from the date of purchase and you will receive four seasonal Baer & Wilde wellness boxes per year – one each season.
I love this product in my box! Where can I purchase the product again?
We are so happy that you love the products in your subscription box. You can re-stock your favourite product from our Wellness Store, where you can also find all the individual products (full-size) in our past subscription boxes and more!
What is Bare & Wilde’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel your seasonal subscription at anytime before payment for your next box is processed (see above for when payment is withdrawn) by shooting us an email at [email protected] and including your full name.
You can cancel your annual subscription at anytime after your one year subscription has ended.
Please note that all cancellations must be requested prior to your account processing prior to the shipment of your next box. We do not refund accounts that have been processed.
Is shipping free?
- Free shipping for Australian orders over AUD$60; and
- A flat rate shipping and handling fee of AUD$9.95 for Australian orders under AUD$60.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact [email protected] to enquire about shipping costs if you are located outside Australia and would like to order from us.
When will my order ship?
The wellness box you are signing up to start with will be noted in your shopping cart. Your order will ship the following Tuesday or Thursday after ordering, whichever is earlier.
If you subscribed to our seasonal or annual subscriptions, future subscription boxes will ship between the 1st and the 5th of the start of the season (ie. December, March, June and September).
*Please note that if you sign up for a current wellness box at the end of the season on a subscription basis, you may be charged for your next season’s box before you receive the current season’s box. Example: You sign up for the Summer Wellness Box on 28 February, your account will process for your Autumn Wellness Box on 1 March before your Summer Wellness Box is shipped.
All of our Wellness Store orders will be shipped the following Tuesday or Thursday after ordering, which ever is earlier.
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
To ensure that all the products arrive safely to you, we courier by road. Depending on where you live, your order will arrive in the following number of days:

How can I change my billing details and/or shipping details?
You can update your billing details or shipping details by logging into your account or if you do not have an account, simply email [email protected] requesting that we update your details for you.
One of the products I received is damaged or missing. How can I get it replaced?
Firstly, we are sorry to hear this. Please email [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your box with a clear photo of the damaged product or box showing that a product is missing. We will send you out a new product/missing product as soon as possible, however, we do not refund for the subscription box order.

You accept that the products may be samples or smaller versions than you saw on the website or social media. That the combination of products on the website may not be the same as the box you receive.
4.5. Through the website, you may be invited to comment and review on various products. You expressly consent to Bare & Wilde publishing your first name, and state or town in relation to any review or comment.
5. Subscriptions, Orders and Cancellations
5.1. All products purchased through the Bare & Wilde Site are for personal use only, and do constitute an offer to sell.
5.2. You are able to purchase an ongoing seasonal Bare & Wilde, where you will receive a box every 3 months and are charged every three months also. Or, you can purchase a one year prepaid subscription, where you will pay a lump sum each year in advance and receive your four boxes that year. Or, you can purchase a once off seasonal box. All products are determined by Bare & Wilde.
5.3. All subscriptions automatically renew until they are cancelled through the website. The subscription must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date or subscription period, or the subscription will automatically renew for another period and you will be charged the full price.
5.4. You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the subscription price paid, Bare & Wilde will not provide a refund of the subscription price unless Bare & Wilde cancels or is unable to fulfil your order, in which case, Bare & Wilde will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription.
5.5. Bare & Wilde does not accept returns of boxes or individual products unless agreed by both parties. All boxes and products are checked before they are shipped, and while Bare & Wilde endeavours to ensure that the box and product will be delivered to you in a good condition, they could possibly be damaged during delivery.
5.6. It is up to Bare & Wilde discretion as to whether to replace the box or product, and will make the decision based on pictures which show the damage to the box or product. You may have to cover the cost of the damaged box to the address of Bare & Wilde.
5.7. Bare & Wilde will not refund any opened or used products, and if the product is sold out then we will provide you with a different product. You accept these terms.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
6.1. The Website, the content and all of the related products of Bare & Wilde are subject to copyright. The material on the Website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the content and compilation of the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips, Website, code, scripts, design elements and interactive features) or the content are owned or controlled for these purposes, and are reserved by Bare & Wilde or its contributors.
6.3. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned, registered and/or licensed by Bare & Wilde, who grants to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license whilst you are a Member to:
(a) use the Website pursuant to the Terms;
(b)copy and store the Website and the material contained in the Website in your device’s cache memory; and
(c) print pages from the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Bare & Wilde does not grant you any other rights whatsoever in relation to the Website or the content. All other rights are expressly reserved by Bare & Wilde.
6.4 Bare & Wilde retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website will transfer any:
(a) business name, trading name, domain name, trade mark, industrial design, patent, registered design or copyright, or

7. Price and Payment
7.1. The price of a Bare & Wilde subscription, events and/or products is in Australian dollars and excludes shipping charges. The price of both the shipping, and the price of the box are subject to change without any given notice, and may happen at any time.
7.2. When purchasing a Bare & Wilde subscription, events and/or products , you expressly authorize Bare & Wilde to process the payment via PayPal.
7.3. The prices of any products listed on the website are only an indication of the cost, and Bare & Wilde does not guarantee that the prices of products or services are correct.
9.1. Once your Bare & Wilde has been received, you will be requested to review the products that are within the box. Each product needs to be reviewed in order to be eligible to receive the free product.
9.2. The free product that is seen within the box as a result of completing the review, is up to Bare & Wilde discretion.
11.1. If purchased in advance of the coming season, Bare & Wilde will ship on the 1st date of the following season. If you are purchasing your box during that season, Bare & Wilde endeavours to have the box delivered on the Tuesday following your order date, however Bare & Wilde does now guarantee that the delivery times will be met and expressly excludes any liability in relation to this.
11.2. Any boxes purchased by you on this site will be posted by a third party carrier. All risk will pass to you upon delivery of the third carrier by Bare & Wilde. You accept that Bare & Wilde is not responsible for any breakage or damage to the box or any products during delivery and expressly excludes any liability in relation to this.
11.3. You are responsible for making sure that the shipping address is current and correct. You must ensure that changes are made at least 7 days prior to the 1st of your delivery date otherwise the boxes will be shipped to the previous address. Bare & Wilde excludes any liability in relation to an incorrect shipping address, including redelivery, redirection or a refund.

12.1. Your use of the Bare & Wilde website and services is at all times at your own risk, and you accept all responsibility and liability in relation to your use of the website
