We started the morning off with a meditative and grounding yoga session led by Rosanna of Bodyscape Yoga, followed by Goals, Vision and Values setting workshop led by Lululemon and then a wholesome lunch provided by Memorable Morsels.
After filling our tummy with wholesome food, we filled our minds with incredible practical marketing tips for creative small business owners.
